Soy Milk Whipped Topping

In a blender, blend ¼ cup plain soymilk

2 Tablespoons sugar or other sweetener

1 teaspoon cornstarch

½ teaspoon vanilla

1/2 cup soybean oil (vegetable oil)


Instructions Slowly drizzle in 1/2 cup soybean oil (vegetable oil) with the motor running.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Chill for 1 hour before using.
