Soy Milk Whipped Topping

In a blender, blend together ¼ cup plain soymilk

2 Tablespoons sugar or other sweetener

1 teaspoon cornstarch

½ teaspoon vanilla


Instructions With motor running, slowly drizzle in 1/2 cup canola oil.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Chill for 1 hour before using.
