Ingredients 6 ounces extra-firm silken tofu

¼ cup soybean oil

2 tablespoons cider vinegar or freshly squeezed lemon juice

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

1/4teaspoon salt, plus more to taste

Pinch of ground turmeric (optional)
