Raspberry Frozen Yogurt

2 cups of plain soy yogurt 

2 cups of raspberries, frozen

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Optional: 1/4 cup soy milk or dark chocolate 


Instructions:

1.Put the first four ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth.

2.Strain the mixture to remove raspberry seeds

3.Mix in chocolate if desired

4.Place into a stainless steel bowl and place in the freezer. Remove every 30

  minutes and stir  

5. Repeat this until the mixture is completely frozen. Serve.
