A Soy Version of Bailey's
Irish Cream
Makes
4 servings
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup dairy half and half milk
1 cup soymilk*
1 tablespoon Hershey's syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup Irish Whiskey
1/3 cup rum
Pour all ingredients into a blender
and blend well. Store in refrigerator.
*Either plain or vanilla soymilk will work depending on the sweetness level you
desire.
